Postage unless otherwise stated is by Royal Mail Second Class.

 

Items are sent out within 48 hours of purchase but please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

Items can be collected from us by arrangement, but please email for a local collection voucher before purchasing.

If multiple items are purchased they will be dispatched to the same address together (unless you request otherwise) and if the actual cost of postage is lower than that paid we will refund the difference.

In the event of the item being damaged in transit please contact us directly via email to discuss this.

In the event of the wrong item being shipped please also contact us directly via email.

Unless the item is damaged in transit, or the incorrect item is shipped, refunds will include product amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were damaged in transit, we will also include the delivery charges in your refund.

Our stock items are in good vintage condition; this means that they will have signs of previous use but are not damaged. For us the marks left by those who have handled the objects before is part of their on-going history and is an essential part of their charm.

The items we sell are vintage, and as such often have imperfections and flaws. We do our utmost to describe items accurately and honestly, but also expect buyers to contact us if they are unsure of, or would like more detailed information about, an items condition. We are always happy to provide further photographs or greater detail, as we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
